- Corporate Accountant
Leslie is a corporate accountant for Daedalus Real Estate Advisors. With over 25 years experience in the accounting field, she is responsible for all general ledger functions related to Daedalus companies including all month-end closing processes and tax compliance filings.
Positions Leslie held prior to joining Daedalus include business manager for a general contractor / construction management firm and controller for a luxury condominium resort. Her previous experiences also include cost accounting, budget variance analysis, inventory control, payroll and employment taxes.
- Director of Sales
Court is the director of sales for Daedalus Real Estate Advisors. His current assignment is in Vail, Colorado where he manages sales of the One Willow Bridge Road luxury condominium development. The $100 million project is located in the heart of Vail Village and features whole ownership and fractional ownership residences. more
Court has a strong background in sales. Most recently he served as district sales manager for Maxim Integrated Products, managing a team of account managers and sales people serving the Western United States. The regional team generated $150 million annually in sales for the company.
A graduate of the Boston College Wallace E. Carroll School of Management, Court holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.
- Chief Operating Officer
Joe is the chief operating officer and the designated broker for Daedalus Real Estate Advisors. With more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry, Joe is responsible for all brokerage development and operations of all Daedalus projects. more
Prior to joining Daedalus, Joe was the executive vice president and designated broker for CORE/Jackson ONCOR International. Joe’s extensive background in the Valley real estate market also includes six years as vice president and president/chief executive officer of The Symington Company and six years with Del E. Webb Realty & Management Company.
Joe holds a broker’s license from the state of Arizona, and is a past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Phoenix. In addition, Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
- Managing Member
Bob is the managing member and chief executive of Daedalus Real Estate Advisors. He has been in the corporate and commercial real estate business for over three decades. The former president of Apollo Development Corporation and Del Webb Realty & Management Company, his experience includes extensive brokerage, asset and property management as well as corporate and commercial real estate development. more
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Regis University in Denver. He is an officer and board member of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Mesa United Way and Sunshine Acres Children’s Home and is the chairman and founder of the Falcon Field Area Alliance. He currently holds membership in various organizations including Community Board of Directors of Mesa-Gilbert Wells Fargo Bank; Board of Regents, Regis University; Lambda Alpha International, a professional land economics society; National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
- Property Manager
Donna is a property manager for Daedalus Real Estate Advisors. She is responsible for the accounting and daily operations of Daedalus-developed facilities in Phoenix and Louisville, Kentucky, with a primary focus on Arcadia Office Suites. She coordinates all work orders with vendors and tenants and facilitates needed maintenance for each building. Donna manages a combined total of over 453,000 square feet of properties. more
Prior to joining Daedalus, Donna worked for a property management firm where she provided management support, including sales, leasing, acquisitions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections to over 25 properties with a combined total square feet of over 2,500,000. In addition, she worked for America West Airlines in the customer relations department.
- Marketing Director
Michele is the marketing director for Daedalus Real Estate Advisors. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate marketing field, she is responsible for all marketing communications including strategic planning, product positioning, brand development, advertising and public relations. more
Prior to joining Daedalus, Michele served as the Director of Marketing for Estrella Mountain Ranch where she was responsible for all sales, advertising and public relations efforts associated with the 20,000-acre master planned community. While with Estrella, she received numerous local and national marketing awards for her direction in various advertising campaigns. In addition she has provided marketing consulting for various real estate development companies and homebuilders.
Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Arizona State University and maintains an Arizona real estate license.
