Construction On Schedule For One Willow Bridge Road; Luxurious Model Attracts Hundreds Of Prospective Residents

VAIL, CO - Construction is well underway on the $100 million One Willow Bridge Road condominium development. The property's luxurious model has attracted hundreds of prospective owners.

Foundation walls have been erected and steel framing will be completed at the end of July for this highly visible project in the heart of Vail Village. Surrounding the construction site of the project is a 400-foot long mesh fence wrapped with a graphic replica of the ground floor streetscape elevation of the building. The barricades below the fence will be wrapped this summer with graphics of the development?s elevation. Construction is scheduled for completion December 2005 and units are selling at an aggressive pace.

?The response to our model has been rewarding,? says Robert M. McNichols, owner and developer. ?One Willow Bridge Road will offer a unique combination of unparalleled location and impressive, high-end amenities. The model clearly conveys the exciting environment we?re creating. Visitors to our model are able to experience our vision, which has resulted in great enthusiasm on the part of prospective buyers and existing local residents.?

One Willow Bridge Road, located in the heart of Vail Village, is a luxury condominium development situated on the former site of Swiss Hotel & Spa, at the corner of East Meadow Drive and Willow Bridge Road. The new four-story building, which is under construction and scheduled for completion this winter, will feature 22 lavish condominiums in two, three and four-bedroom designs.

?Whole ownership? residences are priced from $3.6 to $7.4 million and only a few penthouse residences remain available. ?Fractional ownership? residences, offered at 1/7th fractions, are available from $480,000.

The One Willow Bridge Road model is situated at the Crossroads Center, across the street from the property?s construction site. The model is fully furnished and offers visitors the opportunity to view how One Willow Bridge Road residences will be constructed. Designed by Denver-based Kate Bodenhemier Interior Design, Inc., the model features warm, luxurious amenities that will be comfortable for year-round living. The units feature wide plank New American Black Cherry hardwood and Big Sky Bronze Flagstone flooring. The kitchen features custom fir cabinets and slab granite countertops. The homes are appointed with Subzero refrigerators and Wolf gas range, microwave/convection oven, full-sized oven and warming drawer. The open design to living and dining rooms create a very appealing layout.

The living room offers coffered ceilings with wood beams and custom crown moldings. Fractional ownership units will be furnished with Brunschwig & Fils sofa and chairs, hand-crafted tables and elegant floor lamps.

Bedrooms also offer coffered ceilings with snow melt balconies off every residence. Designer bedding with the highest quality of linens and pillows are provided in all fractional ownership residences.

Baths are appointed with polished nickel and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, extra deep soaking tubs in the master guest bath and full walk-in showers in guest baths. Marble slab vanity tops in the master and custom wood vanity cabinets create an inviting and luxurious environment. Heated tile floors are installed in all baths.

Perhaps most exciting about the One Willow Bridge Road residences is the state-of-the-art home automation features. A local LCD panel in each residence will control every aspect of the environment, from lighting levels and music to favorite viewing channels and temperature. Customized presents allow one touch to set the entire home to your specific desires. A special ?good night? button fades lights to your selected level, turns off televisions and distinguishes the gas fireplace. Fractional residences are fully equipped with home theater systems, including high-resolution, flat panel televisions in living room and bedrooms. Surround sound audio speakers are placed throughout the living room and each residence has access to cable, satellite television and satellite radio.

In addition, the One Willow Bridge Road is able to accommodate both wired and wireless internet use. Data parts are located throughout each residence and wireless is accessible in the lobby and beside the pool. Clear, strong cell phone signals are available throughout the property and each resident also receives a permanent outside telephone number.

The construction of One Willow Bridge Road marks one of the first projects undertaken as part of the town?s ?Billion Dollar Renewal? plan. The property was envisioned to offer a leading-edge Vail Village experience, complete with a full array of high-end consumer amenities provided for both winter and summer residency.

?Consumers are increasingly discerning in their lifestyle services,? says McNichols. ?One Willow Bridge Road will offer a new level of resort lifestyle to its residents, a level that rivals any high-end destination around the world, all conveniently located in the heart of Vail Village.?

The world-class Sonnenalp Resort of Vail is the exclusive manager of the completed One Willow Bridge Road. Residents will benefit from a variety of services provided by the neighboring resort, in addition to those amenities offered on-property.
