One Wllow Bridge Road Creates "Econcierge" Position Luxury Vail Condominium Project Names Technology Manager

VAIL, CO (Mar. 9, 2006) - Tony Chesery has been named Technology Manager for One Willow Bridge Road, the $100 million luxury condominium project being developed in Vail Village.

Chesery will help implement and manage the entire state-of-the-art technology package at the property. His duties will include systems integration, education of staff and residents, as well as administering the property's systems after opening.

Functioning as the "eConcierge", Chesery will make the use of technology a feature unlike any other residence in Vail or the U.S. According to industry experts, the property is on the leading edge of satisfying the Tech Generation traveler and vacation homeowner of the future.

One Willow Bridge Road residences will be equipped with high-resolution flat panel televisions, surround sound audio systems, Cisco's most advanced color display phones, a fully-automated environmental lighting and heating system, and electronic security and access controls. This technology has been integrated and automated in a manner that enables a very unique experience at the highest available levels of service. Simple, user-friendly controls allow guests to configure almost every element of the condominium to their individual and personal desires.

This high-tech eConcierge position is dedicated to ensuring the technology is easy to use, customized to the needs of owners, and evolves in new and innovative ways that enhance service and comfort. All of the in-room technology settings can be controlled from a central concierge software system, allowing the eConcierge to get to know the owners and prepare the technology settings appropriately.

"We're fortunate to have someone with Tony's expertise and dedication on our One Willow Bridge Road team," says Robert M. McNichols, developer of One Willow Bridge Road. "Our array of technological amenities is unparalleled in the Vail area and Tony is uniquely qualified to assist owners and their guests in maximizing the benefits of using technology to make their use of their vacation residence more convenient and efficient."

Previously, Chesery served four years with the United States Department of Defense where he helped develop and maintain torpedo technology. He served six years in the United States Army. His last 18 months of service in the National Guard led him to train for and serve in Baghdad, Iraq with the 1st Calvary Division. Chesery dedicated a full year to combat service, returning in March 2005.

A Connecticut native, Chesery moved to Vail in 1989. He lived in the area for nine years working in the ski industry. He left to obtain his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Montana State University. Chesery returned to Vail with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Roxanne, following his service in Iraq.

"I am both excited and honored to be a part of this world-class team at One Willow Bridge Road," says Chesery. "The technology that is being deployed in this project will set the standard for all luxury residential developments in the future."

Residents at One Willow Bridge Road enjoy the comforts of a luxury condominium blended with an extravagant hotel experience. The five-star management service and amenities by Sonnenalp Resort of Vail include access to resort guest privileges. Sumptuous spa treatments, housekeeping and room service are just a few amenities offered by the world-class resort.

Currently under construction in the heart of Vail Village, One Willow Bridge Road features 22 lavish condominiums available for both whole and fractional ownership. Construction of the project is scheduled for completion this year.

One Willow Bridge Road interior residences were decorated by Denver-based Kate Bodenhemier Interior Design, Inc. The condominiums feature warm, luxurious amenities that will be comfortable for year-round living. The units feature wide plank New American Black Cherry hardwood and Big Sky Bronze Flagstone flooring. Marble slab vanity tops and custom wood vanity cabinets are included in the mast bath and heated tile floors are found in all condominium baths. Living rooms display coffered ceilings with wood beams and custom crown moldings. Fractional ownership units are appointed with Brunschwig & Fils furniture, handcrafted tables and the highest quality designer bedding.

"Technology brings convenience to our lives and we want our homeowners to enjoy, relax and take advantage of all the conveniences our services and technology can offer, says McNichols. McNichols believes that the technology will add to the resale value of the One Willow Bridge Road residences. He concludes, "Today's homeowner wants the latest in technology, tomorrow's homeowner will demand it."
