Honeywell, HCA subsidiaries moving to East End building
Honeywell Security is consolidating its operations in Louisville and taking space at a new facility at 2700 Blankenbaker Parkway, according to a news release from the property's owner, Daedalus Real Estate Advisors LLC of Phoenix.
With the lease agreement, the 2700 Blankenbaker Parkway building -- a two-story office building in eastern Louisville -- now is now fully leased, the release said.
Honeywell, which operates facilities on Ormsby Station Court and Decimal Drive, will fill 54,000 square feet. The remainder of the building will house the local operations for National Patient Account Services, a subsidiary of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA (NYSE: HCA). The company manages accounts receivable for more than 190 hospitals nationwide.
NPAS previously had announced that it will move in July from its location in the downtown Kaufman-Straus building and add about 100 employees.
Officials with Honeywell Security could not immediately be reached for comment.
Honeywell will take the space in November, the release said.
Honeywell Security is a division of Morristown, N.J.-based Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE: HON), a conglomerate with businesses in the manufacturing, aerospace, technology and services sectors.
