Timken Is The Latest Addition To Dover Industrial Park
MESA, Ariz. (July 28, 2006) - The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) has become the most recent addition to the growing number of companies locating and expanding at North Mesa's Dover Industrial Park. The firm will soon take occupancy of an industrial facility at 3110 North Oakland.
According to the company's website, Ohio-based Timken is one of the country's leading producers of engineered bearings, alloy steels and other related products. The firm, which operates in 27 countries, produced revenues of $5.2 billion in 2005.
Timken leased an industrial building recently developed by Phoenix-based Hewson Company which contains approximately 85,221 square feet of space.

Dover Industrial Park is a 65-acre development located at the northwest corner of Greenfield and McDowell roads. "Land at the park is nearly sold out and the project now contains more than 270,000 square feet of industrial and light office commercial space. Ten buildings, totaling approximately 285,000 square feet, are currently under construction at Dover Industrial Park and we anticipate another 150,000 square feet will be included in the completed park."
