Jay Larscheid Named As General Manager For Longbow Golf Club
MESA, Arizona - Scottsdale-based OB Sports Golf Management announces Jay Larscheid as General Manager/Director of Golf for Longbow Golf Club. Head golf professional at Longbow Golf Club since 2001, Larscheid is now responsible for directing all aspects of the facility operations including golf operations, food and beverage, agronomy, sales and marketing and instructional programming.

Prior to joining the team at Longbow, Larscheid was the head golf professional at McCormick Ranch Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz. During his tenure, he was responsible for all golf operations at the 36-hole, semi-private facility with more than 200 members and 100,000 rounds played per year. With more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry, Larscheid began his golf career (81 - 85) at Elmwood Golf Course in Sioux Falls, South Dakota as an assistant golf professional.
Larscheid attended the University of South Dakota, and became a Class-A member of the Professional Golfers' Association of America in 1997. He continues to develop professionally through successful completion of ongoing training through the PGA.
When not at the golf club or coaching youth sports, Larscheid prefers to spend quality time at his home in Gilbert, Ariz. with his wife, Joyce and daughters, Alexis, Andrea and Elizabeth.
