VAIL, CO (October 12, 2005) - Oliver Nunnenmacher has been named General Manager of One Willow Bridge Road, the $100 million luxury condominium project being developed in Vail Village.
Nunnenmacher will be responsible for managing the reservation system for the property's fractional ownership units, customer service for all condominium owners, as well as management and training of the full-time One Willow Bridge Road staff. He most recently served as assistant general manager at the Austria Haus in
Vail, which contains 18 fractional condominiums and 25 hotel rooms. Both Austria Haus and One Willow Bridge Road are managed by the Sonnenalp Resort and Nunnenmacher will report directly to Sonnenalp Resort owner Johannes Faessler. "Oliver has proven to be a valuable asset to the Austria Haus property," said Faessler. "His experience with the Vail community will provide One Willow Bridge Road residents with an outstanding management professional."
Prior to joining Austria Haus, Nunnenmacher worked as an assistant manager at three separate Sonnenalp properties in the Vail area. Originally from Klagenfurt, Austria, Nunnenmacher moved to the United States in 1997 after owning and operating a successful restaurant in his native country. Our goal is to create a lifestyle unlike any other offered in Vail and Oliver will help us achieve that."
Currently under construction in the heart of Vail village, One Willow Bridge Road features 22 lavish condominiums available for both whole and fractional ownership. Construction of the project is scheduled for completion early in 2006.
